Glamour is not for everybody

Unfortunately, every year the fashion weeks around the World show more and more how glamor and elegance are not so easily reachable.

For much more that the smaller fashion markets like Istanbul, Sao Paulo, Lisbon, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, Asia and others try to get to the beautiful glamor and elegance of the biggest fashion markets like Paris, Milan and NY, they never get even close.

As you can see by yourself:

The Goth Generation

I don't know if I'm the only one that noticed, but the World never been so goth as right now. Think about this big emo thing going on. Ok, emos are not goths... but they are kinda of a messed up version of a goth. Black clothes, pales skin, messy black hair, men wearing black eyeliner etc, all of this is so in fashion.

Also, the newest movie sensation at the moment is Twilight. Of course the film is not as goth as "Nosferatu" or "interview with the vampire" and a goth person possible is going to get offended with the comparison, but Twilight is a kinda of a mainstream goth. Come on: vampires, pale skin, over romanticism are really stereotype of what goth is about.

But definitely one of the most important proofs of the goth generation is the fact that one of the biggest goth bands that ever existed is from now: the band HIM. They are like a goth phenomenon. They created one of the most important goth symbols: the heartagram. Their singer Ville Valo is considered one of the sexiest man in the planet right now and is like a God in the goth culture.
